By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with Nawasena Creative Studio ("Nawasena," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all individuals, businesses, and entities that engage with Nawasena for content strategy, storytelling, brand consulting, video production, social media management, or any related services.
Nawasena provides content creation and brand storytelling services including, but not limited to:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work ("SOW") agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
All engagements begin with a written proposal or SOW. Work commences only upon the client's written acceptance (via email or signed document) and receipt of any required upfront payment.
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified in the proposal. For international clients, alternative currencies may be agreed upon in writing.
Any work outside the agreed scope (including additional revisions beyond the specified limit, new deliverables, or extended timelines) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
To ensure the best results, the client agrees to:
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs or feedback may result in timeline adjustments. Nawasena is not responsible for outcomes affected by such delays.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their engagement, unless otherwise stated in the SOW. This includes written content, strategies, and edited video files.
Third-party resources (stock footage, music, fonts, images) used in deliverables are subject to their respective license terms. Nawasena will ensure appropriate licenses are obtained for the client's intended use as specified in the SOW.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to:
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of services for a period of two (2) years, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
The number of revision rounds included in each engagement will be specified in the proposal or SOW. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate or as otherwise agreed.
While we value client input and collaborate closely throughout the process, Nawasena exercises professional judgment in content strategy, storytelling approach, and creative execution. We commit to aligning with the agreed brand direction and goals.

The client may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. In such cases:

Upon termination, the confidentiality obligations in Section 6 will continue to apply. All outstanding payments remain due and payable.
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nawasena, its team members, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, or resolved through arbitration as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
For international clients, any applicable laws of the client's jurisdiction regarding consumer protection shall be respected to the extent they cannot be waived by agreement.
